Delivery times for the Peninsula and Portugal are from 1 to 3 working days (as long as we have immediate stock) – (from receipt of payment) (in the case of not having stock, the customer will be informed of the manufacturing and delivery time of the product) (Customized products will normally be sent 15 business days from the completion of the design project and the start-up of the manufacture of the molds (this time will be subject and will be variable to the volume-quantity of molds to be manufactured), at all times the client will be informed of the entire procedure until the day of final delivery of the product).

Change or Return of Products
Total customer satisfaction is one of softbaitsmolds.com’s priorities. In this way, and to confirm that the product received is to your satisfaction, we accept returns in the following cases:
If the packaging is damaged. In this case, it is important that you indicate to the carrier that you do not accept the order at the moment of receipt, indicating the damage caused on the delivery note of the transport company.

To proceed with the return indicate:
- The order number.
- Products that you want to return, and what problem they have.
- If you want to change the products for others, or we will refund the purchase amount.
- The payment method used in the initial sale will be used for the refund.
- softbaitsmolds.com will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the products.
The return must be made in the original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted when the weight of the returned piece (including the weight of the remains) is less than 75% of the weight of the original piece. In this case, you will be informed by email and if you so request, the product will be sent back to you postage due.

No se cobrarán impuestos sobre nuestros productos para países que residen fuera de la Unión Europea, (Estados Unidos, Canadá, México…ect) pagarán el producto sin impuestos más envío a su país.
Para España y resto de países europeos, los precios de los moldes de pesca incluirán el IVA correspondiente.
